Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern access to and use of the Soveria platform.
The Terms apply to all users: specialists (therapists, supervisors) and clients.
By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Acceptance occurs when: registering an account, clicking the "I Accept" button, continuing to use the platform after being notified of updated Terms.
Service description
Soveria is a cloud-based measurement-based care platform that includes:
- Standardized psychological assessments (37 instruments)
- Clinical progress tracking and results visualization
- Client and therapeutic session management
- AI-assisted clinical interpretations
- Clinical supervision tools
- Secure data exchange between specialist and client
⚠️ Soveria is a clinical practice support tool, not a medical device. The platform does not diagnose and does not replace professional clinical judgment.
Registration and account
Requirements for specialists
- Valid professional license or qualification in mental health
- Accurate qualification and specialization data
- Responsibility for compliance with professional ethical standards
Requirements for clients
- Referral from a specialist registered on the platform
- Age 18 or older (or consent of a legal guardian)
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately contact security@soveria.co.
Acceptable use
Platform use is permitted only in accordance with its intended purpose.
Allowed
- Conducting and analyzing standardized assessments
- Documenting clinical progress of clients
- Using AI interpretations as a supplementary tool
- Exporting your own data in supported formats
Prohibited
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms
- Using automated data collection tools (scraping)
- Copying or distributing assessment content
- Using the platform for purposes unrelated to clinical practice
- Uploading malicious software or content
🚫 Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Clinical limitations
🚫 Soveria is not a medical device under EU MDR (Regulation 2017/745). The platform is designed to support, not replace, clinical judgment.
- Clinical decisions are made exclusively by the specialist
- AI interpretations are informational, not diagnostic
- The specialist bears full responsibility for clinical decisions
- Assessment results require professional interpretation

Subscription and payment
Soveria offers a 30-day free trial for new specialists.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added according to the user's country legislation.
Intellectual property
Soveria's rights
The platform, including code, design, algorithms, and documentation, is Soveria's intellectual property. Use does not grant ownership rights to the platform.
Your data
You retain all rights to your data. Soveria receives a limited license to process data solely for service provision.
Clinical instruments
Standardized assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) are used under appropriate licenses. CTQ-SF and other protected instruments are used under licensing agreements.
Limitation of liability
- Soveria is not liable for clinical decisions made based on platform data
- Soveria's maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- Soveria does not guarantee uninterrupted service — planned and emergency interruptions are possible
We guarantee: secure data storage, platform availability of at least 99.5% (SLA), correct scoring algorithms per instrument methodology.
Termination
Self-termination
You can delete your account at any time through profile settings. Data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By Soveria
Soveria reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violation, with at least 30 days notice (except in cases of gross violation).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to resolution in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
